For Customers

What is ReadyNGo?

ReadyNGo is a 24/7 on demand delivery app that provides reliable and fast delivery service solutions in Hong Kong. We are a technology company that aims to connect businesses and individuals with a group of delivery partners within our platform 24 hours a day.

How does ReadyNGo charge me?

Each order’s costs depends on distance, parcel weight, and dimension. Please double check that you have submitted the correct weight and dimensions when you place your order. Our Delivery Agents will cross check the weight and dimensions of your package during pick up. If the dimension of the parcel does not match with the delivery order details, your order will be canceled by the delivery agent (cancellation fee may apply)

How does the ReadyNGo App work?

Step 1. Create an account

All you need is an email address and phone number. You can place an order from the ReadyNGo customer app. Go to the App Store or Google Play to download.

Step 2. Enter pick up & drop off locations

Open the app and enter pick up & drop off locations. Select real time or later delivery services.

Step 3. Select type of service

We have different types of delivery services for you to choose from.

Step 4. Track your order in real time

ReadyNGo will give you a progress bar that shows when your order is picked up, on its way, payment done, and delivered.

Step 5. Rate your delivery agent

After delivery, you will be asked to rate your delivery agent.

Can ReadyNGo do advanced booking?

Yes, you can place an order for a later date or pick up time.

What are ReadyNGo’s delivery hours?

We delivery 24 hours a day. Whenever you need a fast delivery service count on us.

​

What’s the estimated pick up time?

Once an order is placed, matching you with nearby delivery agent takes just a matter of seconds. The agent will go directly to your pick up location (may take as little as a couple of minutes). We recommend you have your package ready prior to pick up.

What is the ReadyNGo’s customer’s service hours?

9:00am to 5:00pm

How to contact the delivery agent?

You can contact them by phone or text through the mobile app.

​

Will I get a digital signature proof for the order?

Yes, you will get a signature proof of delivery for each order.

​

Will I get a photo for proof for delivery?

When the delivery agent arrives drop off location if no one is available. After getting your permission the delivery agent will take a photo for proof of delivery for this order.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, for orders that are not yet matched with a driver, you will be able to cancel the order anytime.

​

Are there any tunnel fees?

Yes, tunnel fee will be added by the delivery agent and added to your bill.

What are the payment methods?

You can set up a payment methods through the end user application. We accept major credit cards.

​

Who can I contact if there's an issue with my order?

You can contact our customer service center through the end user application.

For Delivery Agents

How to sign up to be a delivery agent?

Download the ReadyNGo driver app on IOS or Android devices and follow the instruction to sign up.

​

What type of delivery agents are we looking for?

Walker, Drivers (Motorcycle or Van)

​

What are the requirements to be a delivery agent?

-Hong Kong ID card. Be a Hong Kong citizen or permanent resident.

-Must be 18 years or older.

-Must have a valid driver’s license (Driver only)

-Have a smartphone.

-Attend the training to activate your account.

Do I need to pay deposit to be a delivery agent?

Yes, but the first 50 delivery agents’ successful sign-up will waive the deposit.

​

I have a full time job. Can I work part time?

Absolutely, you can work part time to earn extra money whenever you want. That means freedom!

​

When will I get paid?

Every Tuesday, earnings are transferred from your ReadyNGo account to your bank account. Our weekly deposit includes your earnings from the previous ReadyNGo week. The ReadyNGo week runs from Monday at 12:00 AM to Sunday at 11:59 PM.

Can I take break in between work?

Absolutely, you can log in to the app, start and stop at any time to take breaks and go back to work if you feel like it! That means freedom!

Any incentive bonuses for delivery agents?

Yes, various incentive bonuses are offered to our valuable delivery partners

​

Can I decline any order?

You can accept or decline any orders you want. Be your own boss!

For Partnership Stores

​

What are ReadyNGo partnership stores?

Partner stores will act as locations for nearby ReadyNGo customers to drop off or pick up parcels/deliveries. Partner stores need to handle ReadyNGo drop off/pick up orders within your business hours. Stores will get commission paid directly to your bank account monthly.

Do I need to pay a deposit to be a ReadyNGo partnership store?

Yes, but the first 10 partnership stores successful sign up will waive the deposit.

​

What are the requirements to be a ReadyNGo partnership store?

Partnership stores should be located close to any MTR station exit and need to handle ReadyNGo drop off or pick up orders within your business hours. Attend online orientation/info sessions prior to becoming a partnership store.

​

Why will stores want to partner up with us as a pick up and drop off location?

This creates more foot traffic for these aforementioned stores and receive commission from our company.

​

When do partnership stores get paid?

Every first day of the month, earnings are transferred from your ReadyNGo account to your bank account. Our monthly deposit includes your company earnings from the previous ReadyNGo month. The ReadyNGo month runs from the first day of the month at 12:00 AM to last day of a month at 11:59 PM.
